Online Community Survey – Have Your Say

In addition to the virtual open house, we are also offering an online survey for members of the community to complete.

This survey provides the opportunity to further establish the Vision for Tampa’s Parks and Recreation Department by helping to identify park, open space, and recreation needs and priorities.

This survey is voluntary and will take approximately 10-12 minutes to complete. Your answers will be completely confidential. Responses will be helpful for the City and the consultant team to learn about your preferences for and usage of the existing system, as well as priorities for the future.

Gold Medal Finalist

With your input we can continue to push the envelope forward and together Transform Tampa’s Tomorrow.

Tampa Parks and Recreation was recently nominated for the 4th time as a finalist for the 2021 National Gold Medal Awards for Excellence in Park and Recreation Management. Agencies are judged on their ability to address the needs of those they serve through the collective energies of community members, staff members and elected officials.

Tampa Parks & Recreation joins three other finalists in their class that will compete for Grand Plaque honor which will be awarded in September.
